The PTA meets the second Tuesday of the month in the BCPS Library from 6:30-7:30. Check the Calendar for the next scheduled meeting.

PTA meetings are a great way to hear directly about what is going on at BCPS, as well as help contribute to decisions about PTA programs and events. The general agenda for a typical PTA meeting includes:

• Welcome
• Approval of minutes (from the last meeting)
• President’s and Treasurer’s report
• Committee updates
• New business and open discussion
• Announcements
• Adjournment

Can I bring up my own ideas or questions?

Absolutely! There's time for new business at each meeting. You can also email boeckmancreekpta@gmail.com to add a topic to the agenda.
